Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), your personal data is processed by Duru Araştırma Operasyon ve Saha Hizmetleri Ltd. Şti., operating under the Pure Input brand, in its capacity as data controller. The company is headquartered in Istanbul, Türkiye.

Within our research and fieldwork services we process only the personal data required to carry out the study in question:

• Name, surname and contact details (telephone number, e-mail address)
• Responses and demographic information shared during research
• Company name, job title and correspondence content in business enquiries

Your personal data may be processed for the following purposes:

• Planning and conducting research and fieldwork
• Running survey and interview processes and auditing data quality
• Contacting you regarding enquiries, proposals and projects
• Fulfilling contractual obligations
• Meeting legal obligations arising from applicable legislation

Participation in research is voluntary. Responses collected in interviews are reported to our clients separated from identifying information, in aggregated and statistical form; information that could reveal a participant’s identity is never used in reporting.

As an ESOMAR member organisation we are bound by international research ethics principles.

Your personal data may be shared only with suppliers engaged to carry out the research and with legally authorised public authorities, to the extent permitted by law. It is not otherwise shared with third parties, sold, or used for marketing purposes.

We take the technical and administrative measures required to prevent unlawful processing of and unlawful access to personal data. Access is limited to authorised personnel assigned to the relevant project.

This website has no membership or account system. It uses no cookies beyond those required for the site to function. All data transmitted through the site is encrypted with SSL/TLS.

Under Article 11 of the Law, as a data subject you have the right to:

• Learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, request information about it
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose
• Know the third parties to whom the data is transferred, in Türkiye or abroad
• Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
• Request erasure or destruction of the data within the conditions set by the Law
• Request that correction, erasure and destruction be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred
• Object to a result against you arising from analysis of the data solely by automated systems
• Claim compensation for damage suffered as a result of unlawful processing

You may submit requests concerning the rights listed above to info@pureinput.com.tr. Applications are concluded within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request.
