Problem
Telephone surveys (CATI) are labour-intensive: every interview occupies an interviewer, samples and quotas are tracked by hand, and answers are re-keyed into a central system. Costly, slow and inconsistent — running dozens of surveys a month this way does not scale.
Solution
PureEngine hands the interview to a voice-AI agent: it first generates the number to call from random digits, dials, reads questions in natural Turkish, transcribes the answer in real time, matches it to the questionnaire options and follows the branching logic. Hundreds of interviews run in parallel; completed ones are audited and written to the client's central survey system automatically. Surveys are imported from a Word/PDF/Excel form — a new study goes live in hours, not days.
